Davao!

In between my old blog Chunks of Me and this current one, I had Travel Chunks of Mea travel blog of some sort that did not get past my first post. What made my epic travel blog's demise funny was the fact that  I was already into my second post when I noticed that all my photos were the same—all four of us (my family and I) just posing amid beautiful touristy places! Since then, I decided to balance the photos of the place and of ourselves. Baby steps, they say. Sharing my photos from my recent Davao trip and hoping this ain't the end of this blog!
The Pearl Farm Parolathe receiving area where they welcome guests with a fresh pineapple juice!
One of the two women (wo)manning The Pearl Farm Butik.
I never fail to take tree shots. For this trip, I had three!
Some of the deserts I tried at The Pearl Farm's buffet lunch. OR. They say you are what you eat, is that why I'm sweet?
The view of the Parola from behind the bushes, wherein I walked a mile not knowing there was a cart available to transport me!
The pool in front of the dining area. With this angle, you prolly know where I was when this photo was taken!
High fashion bird knows her angles ya'll! Taken at the Davao Crocodile Park.
The intricate details explain the sky-high price of this handwoven fabric.
While my friend was taking her time in our Tiki hut, I left her to explore the place. Thankfully, I managed to get back in one piece, thanks to these savvy signs!
If not for the amount I have to pay, I wo uld gladly, willingly, live here!
I have never zip lined before! To compensate my loser self, I tried this no-harness-just-hold-tight-for-the-love-of-your-life one at The Eden Park.
We dined at Jack's Ridge, the Tagaytay of Davao and saw this posted in the middle of nowhere!
After the eating binge we did at The Peal Farm, we spent the night walking at People's Park. And just like that, the empacho my friend was nursing disappeared!
I've no idea what to call this either but that little light in the upper part of the photo is called the moon. :)
